By accessing or using the PurePDFKit website and the tools it provides, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use this Service.

2. Description of Service and License

PurePDFKit is a free browser-based utility that enables users to perform image and PDF conversion operations entirely on their own device, without uploading files to a server. The Service is provided free of charge for both personal and commercial use. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service strictly in accordance with these Terms.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties ("As-Is" Basis)

• No warranty: The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
• Data loss and damages: Under no circumstances shall PurePDFKit or its developer be held liable for any data loss, corruption of converted files, browser crashes, insufficient device memory, or failures arising from the optional Google Drive transfer feature.

4. User Obligations and Intellectual Property

• By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you own, or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for, any document, image, or content you process.
• The Service may not be used to process content that is unlawful, malicious, infringing, or that violates the rights of any third party.
• You are solely and fully responsible — legally and otherwise — for the content of any file you process using this Service.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall PurePDFKit, its developer, affiliates, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services, including Google Drive (for optional file export) and Google AdSense (for advertising). Your use of such third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies, over which we have no control and for which we accept no responsibility.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Türkiye. This choice of law does not deprive consumers who are habitually resident in another country of any protection afforded to them by mandatory provisions of the law of that country, where such protection cannot be excluded by agreement under applicable law.

8. Right to Modify

PurePDFKit reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, its features, or these Terms of Service at any time and without prior notice. Continued use of the Service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
